Our History
CLICDPH, Inc. grew out of our previous engagements with the local government of Santa Cruz, Marinduque where our Founder, RR Rañeses served as private consultant to the Municipal Mayor and Municipal Administrator.
In Santa Cruz, CLICDPH provided research support for various innovations in local governance introduced by the previous mayor in local tourism, sustainable livelihood, and youth and gender development planning.
